Be like a waterfall
roaring
and empowering
gushing down with strength’
and the beauty for all to see
Be like a bird
a phoenix
to rise from the ashes
when
the world around is
trying to
crumple you down
beneath their feet
Be like a firefly
A lone warrior
carrying the light within
Be like a sky
endless in your knowledge
but still humble
to take  the sun in
Be like a lotus
sitting on the mud
carrying the light of the
enlightenment within
the beauty which the
heart adores
the peace which the
soul seeks
Be like a gushing river
shaping the rocks in
your life and
infusing the life
to those
who settles in
Be like a mountain
standing tall and true
to your convictions and
never bowing down to the
patriarchy
Be like a forest
a nurturer,  a mother
or someone
who can nullify
the existence of naysayers
with the heart of fire
burning within
Be like a mother
who nurtures another soul
sharing the life
from within.
